I ordered two brand new iPhone 11’s offline. They came and were defective. I sent them back the very next day and had insurance through the post office and everything. Well they confirm they got the phones but for TWO months keep saying, give it 14 days I promise you your money. Now nobody knows what happened. I had to call local news and get a lawyer. I say this to warn other people. If negative stars were an option I would have given them that. I am out of $1,300. Never in my life have I had such bad customer service or business.
Recieving office was fast and nice. Got on a dock in no time. Unloading was pretty quick as well
DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!!! They worry about image of the company before employee safety. I worked for them back in January until April when the covid 19 started. I left the company because I had a newborn son and was afraid of bringing something home and making him sick. I brought up the fact that they weren't sanitizing their equipment nor social distancing in the building. And that that is why I left. They wouldn't do anything to fix it and you couldn't find a supervisor to save your life because they were all hiding in the offices. They then contacted the temp agency I worked through and said I left a derogatory voicemail. With that phone call, I became ineligible for rehire with the temp agency. So if you go there, be VERY careful!!! The company only cares about their image. They care NOTHING about their employees!
do NOT show up before app. By appointment only. I can spend 30 min in office before they will start talking to you, then... 20 min waiting fore paperwork... Good luck
One of the most pristine freight handlers I’ve seen all year , Covid awareness was everywhere. I witnessed a staff member walking another person whom needed assistance, she had a walker .nShe kept her moving slowly thru the warehouse, making her feel comfortable the whole way .nThe lady checking me in and out was friendly, as was the person who unloaded the box on my stray truck .nFive stars is being conservative, they are doing great work here . Very efficient!
