My first interaction with Frye was great. Had an electrical issue in my basement and the tech was informative and thorough and got the job done quickly and well. The second time was vastly different. I had to go back and rehang the fan they installed for me because it was wobbling so bad. I'm not sure if I'll use them again.

2 Years ago, we had an excellent experience with having our electrical service panel updated and our service pole raised.nnToday, I called for what I thought might be an emergency. Hal picked up and was incredibly courteous and professional, gave great advice and offered to have an electrician come by to personally check on the issue. It turns out it was actually an issue with our electric provider (IPL), but through and through both Hal and the service electrician (Chad) were understanding and thoughtful through the process to make use feel safe.nnWe are grateful for their continued customer service. Highly recommended.
They are the best...They show up on time and work efficiently. They have done several major projects here at my old 1910 house. They replaced the main power line coming into the house to the box and have added several new circuits. And the same guys came back after 2 years so that's always a bonus when the guy has been here and familiar with the work! Highly recommend!
Notice at 7pm I had electric sparks coming from my electrical panel and need someone immediately. Gave Frye a call and someone was supposed to come out. I received a call when I answered there was no response. Tried to call back many times but went straight to voicemail and could not leave a message. Even tried the main line to no avail. No one ever showed up.So much for 24 hr service.
