Absolutely horrible service, first I spoke with the head pharmacist over the phone about a prescription that was sent in as an emergency through my doctor for pain. I was directed to the Brownsburg location where they told me the medicine was already picked up 6 days ago because it was my last prescription that was sent in. I explained the situation to hear the head pharmacist tell me I looked like I was fine. I’m not sure what that meant, but he of all people should know you can’t tell what’s going on in people’s lives based off of appearances. Then I was directed back to the Dan Jones location.. Again.. only to be told that the reason they didn’t have anything for me was because they were backed up. It was at that time that I was told I’d have to wait until the next shift came in to get my prescription filled. This entire two hours I’ve been in a massive amount of pain, and I explained that It’s a hard time to be a pharmacist and no empathy at all was shown back for my case. Despite the fact that I was sitting there with an Ice pack on my face and despite the fact, as well, that they dropped the ball the answer remained the same.nnI then spoke with the manager, who explained everything to me like I was a toddler, I never raised my voice, I just explained what was going on. I would have been happy to have transferred it over to somewhere else. I would have been happy if it was told to me at an earlier time, rather than running around worried that I might not get to feel better any time soon.nnSo in the end the manager told me to contact the corporate office.nnI was in customer service for three years and now I’ve been in the home services world working on HVAC equipment. In no world would any of those responses have ever worked for me or my companies when talking to customers like this. Especially when it’s an emergency. I’ve spent several nights running out at three AM to help fix people’s units, and sometimes I’ve done it for free to make sure that kids can stay safe and warm.nnI can tell you one thing for certain however, if anyone that was on my team ever treated a customer remotely in the same way I was treated.nnTake it as a coaching opportunity, work on understanding and implementing the use of Empathy. Also, just be honest because if I had been told that I could stay at home 2 hours ago because they were behind rather than wasting gas and talking so much this review never would have happened.

A family member of mine had a medical issue that required pain killers within 30 minutes of leaving the ER to prevent spending the night there.nAlthough this store was 20 minutes away which still resulted in about 30 minutes of very serious pain for them before I could return with the drugs it ultimately saved us a night in the ER.nnEvery other PHARMACY was closed due to reduced hours during the Covid 19 “pandemic”nnThe stores that claim to be there for you when you have a sickness or health issue 24/7 cut their hours in half leaving their customers on the street with no medications when they need it most and forced them into higher traffic times if a customer was sick and needed something.nnThis store didn’t. They were there to HELP...

The girls in the pharmacy are extremely rude and inpatient and not very helpful at all.

usually the pharmacy staff is very nice and helpful but there is a pharmacist I think her name was courtney, rude as hell,and for what? if you dont like your job, then don't work there, it's not the customer's fault you are having a bad day or whatever the reason might be, the store in general isn't bad . good thing they offer the RX delivery now so we won't have to deal with such rude people in there to pick up prescriptions.

Honestly, if I could post 0 stars I would. Imagine you are in your third trimester of your first pregnancy and you break out in hives. You go to your local CVS to get Benadryl. You’re exhausted, you’ve worked all day, your feet are swollen, and to top it off you are covered in hives. You’re at the check out counter and remember you need to get cash back. So you go through the motions only to have the cashier, Betty, yell at you and shove a small sign at you that says no cash back. Then proceeds to say “I cannot believe you did that” you then apologize over an over and ask if there is a way to void the transaction. You begin to cry because you are emotional, this cashier is irrationally angry over an honest mistake. She finally throws the money at you and storms away from the register. The professionalism of this worker is beyond unbelievable and I will never step foot in this facility again. I am not quite sure what issues Betty has but perhaps it is time she retires.
