Worked with salesman Russ Seals. Russ drove my new Camry Hybrid to my workplace for me to test drive, and was able to perform the entire transaction remotely without going to the dealership. It was all very easy, efficient and low pressure. Great experience! Love my new Camry.

An amazing service given to me. They were willing to barter with me to lower the price quite a bit. The guy who helped me out with buying the car was very helpful, and nice. I even got my car serviced right before they gave it to me. Would definitely recommend this place to buy a car!

I went in after a lot of research. Knew what I wanted, how much I wanted my car payment to be. Went a little over, I was expecting that though.nMy salesman was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and great sense of humor. I tend to forget to my filter sometimes. ud83dude33ud83dude0anIf you go in ask for Bo. The contract guy, Billy was the same. He explained everything to me. I did purchase the Gap insurance and the extra warranty. This girl does not like paying for something when I'm making a car payment.nIf you're looking for a new or used Toyota, Andy Morh Toyota in Avon it's the place to go. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Russ Seals a few years ago - the car and the experience were both great. An issue recently came up so I reached out to Russ for assistance; he was most helpful and got it completely taken care of quickly. It says a lot when someone is willing to help even when there isn't a commission at stake. I highly recommend Russ if you are in the market for a vehicle at Andy Mohr Toyota.

I went car shopping with my daughter who is a college student and she needed a more reliable vehicle than what she had. She’s very particular and can be very indecisive and impatient all at the same time. Bo Chavis was our sales rep and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient and helpful. My daughter had test driven quite a few cars and still hadn’t found one she liked and she was ready to go home. I convinced her to let him show her one more vehicle before we left. He brought this vehicle to the front of the building, she test drove it, and that was the one! Bo told us they had just gotten that vehicle into inventory earlier that day and he wanted to make sure it was good to go. We did the paperwork that day and he arranged for it to get the 162 point inspection, it got 4 brand new tires, and it got detailed and was ready for us to pick up the next day. It was a smooth, easy process and the customer service that Bo delivered was outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 he gets 10000. Highly recommend
