Being a first time car buyer, I was naturally apprehensive about the process and outcome. Marcus Stettler of Andy Mohr Kia made the entire process from beginning to end look and feel effortless. He really listened to what it was I was looking for and genuinely cared that I got a car that fit my needs. The work, time and energy he put into the deal behind the scenes made me feel valued as a customer, which is somewhat novel today. He even picked me up and drove me to the dealership which was over an hour away from my home just to make the experience of purchasing a car from his company that much easier. Once we were there, the car was already parked out front, detailed. He went over all the features, helped me set up my phone on the display, sat with me while waiting for the finishing paperwork so I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable. After the deal was finished, he gave me a very nice tour of his dealership, took some photos of me with my brand new 2021 Kia Soul and went over my service maintenance schedule with me. I was very nervous about the car buying process before meeting Marcus and going to Andy Mohr Kia, but it was such an awesome and rewarding experience that he completely changed my outlook on it. Not only that, but this dealership will have my business for life. Thank you for the hard work and help, Marcus. It meant the world to me.

I spent no less than 40 hours researching which auto maker and model I would like to purchase and the best price. My auto mechanic recommended only four auto makers and Kia was one of them. I w..a..s one of those people who used to say I would never buy new. I changed my mind after all of my research. Kia has hands down, the best warranty. I can drive my car for years without any worry. I drove an hour to get to Andy Mohr Kia because they offered a better deal than anyone else. Not only did I buy new, I bought the newest, as it was the same price as a 2020 model with less features through a Costco Membership discount. Marcus Sattler was my salesperson. He was GREAT! He did not treat me as a number, but instead as another person. He sat with me on and off as I waited on my paperwork to be ready to sign and when I came in to have two items added to my car. He followed up with me a couple of times after my purchase to make sure I still loved it. It has been almost 3 months and I am still in love with my new Kia Soul!

I just bought a 2021 Kia K5 EX here and dealt with Dan Wheat throughout the process. If anyone goes to this dealership, ask for Dan.nnI've never had a salesman take as much time as he did making sure everything throughout the process was perfect. He took me in his own Kia stinger first for a test drive. Then I drove the Kia K5 and he even let me go pick up my own car that was at the house since I didn't bring it with me(I had no intention of buying a car that day).nnAfter I test drove the Kia K5 I knew that was it. Dan knew I had an appointment later in the day I had to hit and did absolutely everything in his power to make sure I made it. He bargained my trade in price to make sure I got everything I could. He had the car detailed as fast as possible which also included HIM HELPING DETAIL IT to make it go faster. He pushed me through to Financing to get out the door with a huge smile on my face.nnI've never had a Kia before but I'll be going to Kia and Dan for life now. Oh and as a side note.... this car is smarter than I am and I've never been happier, plus you can't beat 100K miles 10 year warranty.

I purchased a new vehicle last night from Andy Mohr Kia. It was a pleasure working with Derrick Smithson during the entire process. It was a busy evening just prior to the Thanksgiving holiday but Derrick took the time to make sure that the experience was pleasant and efficient. I also enjoyed our conversation which was positive and enriching. I recommend Derrick if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Ask for him specifically, you will be happy working with him!
