Started going back to this store due to they carry equal. Of which some stores have stopped. So far 5 visits 2 gone wrong including today's. Today's visit was strictly a listening thing. The drive thru employee not listening to the customers orders. Too much huh and what and us repeating 7 or more times slowly too. Round one at the window gave a hot coffee instead of peppermint Frappuccino. Round 2 gives another totally different drink we didn't even order takes it back says keep the hot we will just add whip creme then says oh wait is this not your order? Like really??? People behind us building up so we tell her we will park n come in so others can get their drinks she says no let them wait your OK. No we pulled around 5 min later after going in the manager did Apologies and finally gave us what was ordered and purchased over 20min from window to correct order. Communication and listening skills needs to be reminded however they are very nice here.

Spend $8 for one drink and don’t get the right one. Called the store back and they tell me to come back and pick up the right one. I told them I can’t because I’m on my way to work, nothing worse than not having the right coffee when you’re about to work a 12 hour shift. Young girl tells me I can leave my name and they’ll make my drink next time and then HANGS UP ON ME before I have time to say anything!! Called back and asked to speak with the manager, but of course “there’s not one in today.” Got no apologies, nothing! Horrible service. Will not be coming back to this location!!!

I go to school across the street and come here most mornings to get my mobile order Sasha always gets my order and makes my whole morning always fun and cheerful and genuinely makes this the best Starbucks ud83dude0aud83dudc9c

I had to shop at Meijer, which I also love. I was tired & hungry as we're 3 of my kids. I got 5 venti drinks, 8 cake pops, & 4 bacon, egg, & cheese croissants for under $80. Which obviously I can't afford all the time & broken down, really isn't bad for 4 people. There were over 6 cars in front of me, wait was very short, & every thing was ready when I pulled up to the window!

So, I just spent $23.00 including tip and fees for 2 orders of egg bites, sriracha and a coffee to be delivered to the house for a lazy Sunday Morning. The point of spending that much was because we wanted a lazy morning off. The delivery was fast however, when we received it the bag had the coffee and only one order of egg bites and no sriracha. I called the store and they said there was some outage and that I could go to the store and they would remake it. The purpose of my order and paying the huge fees was not to drive to the store. The manager was friendly and I asked if she could just give a gift certificate for a coffee or something. She said no and to contact UberEats. Very dissapointing, lazy day off. ud83dude12
