Atkinsonville Apartments ...and Storage

I am sadly moving soon, but I really enjoyed my time here. We are under new management and they are incredible. They both work hard and quickly on any problem. They give you plenty of notices and they improved the way you can pay rent on line. So if your out of town and rent is due it's super convenient and helpful. They are really kind people. They value you as a person and not just a number. I am saddened to be leaving them. They have big plans to even better the place.nThe down side to this apartment is that there really is nothing for kids to do outside.thwy have an idea to do a community garden which would be awesome but also having a play ground for kids would be extremely helpful and beneficial.nI hope the next time I am in roseburg I can stop by and see the major improvements in this place.nI am sure going to miss you guys. The property management at this complex go above and beyond to make sure that the buildings and grounds are in tip top shape! Deborah is very accommodating to all tenets and their schedules working diligently to make sure all paperwork is in place, Ron makes sure that all of our maintenece requests are filled in a timely matter! Thank you both for working so hard to give us a place to call home!

Love living here its quiet and landlords are wonderful! Only problem is you can hear almost everything your upstairs neighbor does and you can hear people talk outside.
