This store has an issue with consistency, and timeliness. They are slow with order preparation, and delivery. There new usage of Door Dash furthers exacerbates the delivery issues as Door Dash does not provide direct service from pick-up to delivery, they drive around picking up other orders or making deliveries while the food becomes cold and inedible
I went at noon, and was expecting a little bit if lunch rush, which wasn't the case. The staff was so friendly and the FOOD! So hot and fresh! One of the best experiences I've had at a pizza place in a long time.

Tried to call in order on hold for 5 minnSo went inside to place carry out still waited 6 minutes. 25 minutes to pick up. Family Big Box looks as picturednGrandchildren happy.
