We live in Bloomington so I was surprised and happy Armored could come out. A totally professional experience. Masked at all times. Communicated so clearly it was a lock lesson for me. Work completed quickly and costs were kept down. I would recommend to anyone.

Shawn is very professional. I called him about a problem for which I thought I needed a new key. He personally researched information about my problem and found a solution for me. It goes without saying you will not find many places like this anymore. He demonstrated strong customer service and a desire to help something that I didn't expect. Because of his actions I was able to complete the task myself. I have a feeling anyone that uses his service will get the utmost attention and will be treated fairly with honesty and integrity. He will be the first person that I call when needing locksmith service.

Having trouble with the hardware in our exterior door. Sean McGill, with Armored Lock & Security, was willing to look at the hardware when several other companies were not. Sean actually came the same day I called! He examined the hardware thoroughly and determined the hardware will need to be replaced (which we expected). He intends to do research on our specific hardware, call with the information he finds and order what we need once we give the go ahead. I anticipate he will return to install the new hardware once the new hardware is available. All in all, a very pleasant experience! He did all the research and kept us apprised of his progress as he was interacting with the hardware company. Once the new lock system arrived from the hardware company, he installed the hardware in an timely and efficient manner. The work area was kept clean and neat and he is very personable when dealing with the client. His work ethic is extremely professional but he is open to questions and concerns regarding the project.
