Excellent service, very friendly staff
Booked in advance and still waited 30 min when a friend of the stylist waltz in and simply took my spot. I was upset and about to leave when Kristyn offer to help and gave me a great hair cut.
Actually, I had posted a very bad post about this Sports Clips. I am apologizing for doing that. Unfortunately I had been given the wrong information by my husband. He said I was the one who misunderstood him!! Whatever it was, I would like to apologize to the Manager of the Sports Clips in Plainfield. I had said that my husband was treated poorly by a dumb blonde at their store and that they wouldn't give him a free hair cut on Veterans Day. It happened at a different Sports Clips!! Again, I apologize for the horrible post.
AC ducts were really nasty and when staff was told about the the response was that it was not their job. Overall the facility needs more attention to detail in cleanliness.
Awesome place to get your haircut. Friendly staff and the pampering is exquisite for a barber shop. Great experience overall ud83dudc4d
