CrossFit Unbreakable

When I started out at Unbreakable three years ago I thought I was in pretty good shape ... I was wrong. The trainers have helped me reshape my body through great workouts, nutrition advice and motivational coaching. Anyone who wants to change their life and fitness routine should check out Unbreakable!

The coaches, the owner, the people all five stars!nEveryone is committed to helping each individual meet their goals and genuinely wants to see them succeed. I was worried about past injuries that would prevent me from excelling, but that fear proved false!nI love starting my day at this gym.

I decided to get back to working out after almost 15 years of no physical exercise. I've had back and shoulder issues due to years of abuse in sports, coaching, and the construction trades. Jim and Jen welcomed me into their gym and have been wonderful in their efforts to provide to me a personal workout program that protects my past injuries while allowing me to get back into shape. Kind, motivational, knowledgeable, and high character are just a few descriptions that come to mind when I think about both the owners and the trainers.
