Pharmacy was gauging me on my prescription for over a year. Weren't giving me the generic version when the RX specifically said to substitute generic if available. I found this all out when I called my dr. to ask them to change my RX to the generic version. I think the doctors office were madder than I was when they found out I wasn't getting the generic. Doctor called and complained to them but I switched pharmacies anway.

The store itself is excellent. Our experience with CVS pharmacy was alright until today. A staff at the pharmacy was unprofessional so I asked for another lady and one of the pharmacists came out . She was very friendly and professional and attended my needs to my satisfaction first. But she turned around 360 degrees as soon as I explained to her my dissatisfaction with the other lady who attended me first. She even went to the extent of calling the police. If this is the way a pharmacist treats customers , I can't say anything good about such a person. I have shopped at different CVS in different states for numerous years and I have never seen such unprofessional people. If the shop staffs think they can frighten customers by calling the police, for a customer standing up for his/her rights, such a person is not worth working there as they spoil the CVS name.

Great and helpful staff with very good discounts. Sometimes there can be a long way due to a shortage of cashiers. Offers one of the best ATMs in the area. Also has a rather good selection and they are always trying to improve it seems. The manager seems rather friendly as do the rest of the employees. Prices can be rather high however on sale there are many bargains to be found.

One staff member was helpful. The other staff member put both my Gatorade from the cooler with a card I bought for my friend in the same bag and ruined it.
