Called and asked for GM to call me, 5 different people, different times said that she would call me back but not call back?? I buy 20-40+ cars a week from ADESA auctions and their desk service is bad, their fees are higher then any ADESA I go to! Also transport is tough, no T-bar and no steering help of your car stops running before getting on the trailer. Too bad cause they are pretty big! I’ve always liked ADESA normally.

Absolutely 100% the worst place I have ever dealt with. Had a 1:00 appointment with Lauren who at 2:02 still had not shown up to face us. Receptionist kept calling only for her to tell us it's just a few more minutes. Why do you even set up appointments if you don't keep them? I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The worst customer service ever!! If you want screwed over then definitely go there because that's what you will get.
