On November 16 2020, my dad and I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Excel Motors. The person in charge of the sale was Al, he was very understanding and helpful. While trying to get the right deal, Al helped us to get the interest from 12% to 5.9%. For anybody trying to purchase a suitable car for themselves this is the right place. I really recommend this place because they have great customer service and hospitality.
From the first phone call on, I was treated like a friend. Al did a great job making me feel welcome, as well as giving me the best deal possible. Not only did I gain a great truck, but I gained a great network. I 100% recommended doing business with them!
After months of searching for a truck... Excel Auto had one that met everything on my checklist, and also was priced appropriately and not $4-5k overpriced like most other dealerships. Excel also had a solid financing option and we were in and out with our vehicle in no time at all. Definitely recommend purchasing from them!
Al was very helpful and made the daunting process of getting a car feel much less stressful.
