I would like you let you know about the exceptional care provided by Marvin Rivas at Andy Mohr Chevrolet. I was there with my daughter and we were purchasing her a car. We knew the model and type of car that we wanted to purchase so the car kind of sells itself. The difference was in the respect and care that Marvin provided which made the difference. The experience was exactly what I expect a car-buying service should be. My salesman, Mikel, was personable, honest, and helpful. Be sure to ask for him for the best experience. There was never any pushiness even during the financing portion. They were willing to negotiate based on solid arguing points. They followed up a couple days later and I expressed a concern. Mikel was quick to bring it to his manager for consideration. Having bought 7 vehicles from dealerships in the last 10 years, this was by far the best experience I have had.
