So I got an oil change and it took by 90 minutes I was informed that it was going to be that long I got my truck they say we top all your fluids and went I checked none of the other fluids were ever checked, I pay for an oil change and thats what I got but if you telling a customer you doing something I expected to get all my fluids full other than that great service

Took 2 vehicles in for service, first was mine. It had a clunking noise in the front suspension, they replaced the sway arm linkage. There was still the same clunking noise I was informed that it wasn't the part that was replaced that it was another. The technician said that he hoped the noise would settle after it was driven but obviously it didn't. With maintenance and recommended maintenance my price tag was almost $1800. Second was my wife's car her A/C was messed up it was a lower return line , worked great for a few days then back to hot air. Apparently the blendoor was going bad during the time of service and we were never informed. After regular and recommended maintenance that was a $900 price tag. $2800 bucks and neither of the vehicles were fixed for the problem they were brought in for. Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Their technicians seem like back alley extortionists to try to get you to come back.nWas contacted by someone to discuss the issue and played phone tag. Tried emailing and got no response.

My main repair issue ( heat /ac)wasn't completed after several attempts by their service team. Was just costly but still not repaired. So much for the dealership being the most knowledgeable about their vehicles.
