I went in to kill time while my phone was being transferred and it didn't work because they were too efficient! Was made very welcome by the blonde at the counter, whose tone and attitude seriously made my night. Great staff. Great service. The management should be proud, and the staff deserve a pat on the back.
The line in drive-thru was wrapped around the building, so we went in, other than the wait it was well worth it. Great mocha coffees.
30 minute plus wait. Service was very slow. But order was correct and great
Currently in the drive thru. Waiting 17 minutes and still two cars ahead of us. It is ALWAYS so slow here. Would be quicker driving to Plainfield I suppose.
My drink is always great however every single time I visit this Starbucks, I am at LEAST waiting 20 mins. A lot of times it’s longer than that! Considering it’s the only one in the location, I wait. They need some expertise to get in there and show them how to run a timely drive thru! Great white chocolate mochas though! ud83dude0b
