Ordered a PLAIN sandwich and the ticket says PLAIN. Sandwich is loaded with their normal junk. This was for someone with dietary restrictions. You need to take the time to READ and PREPARE the food as ordered. You never know when you might have the same condition for which dietary restrictions are necessary. I tried calling the store, but all I got was dial your code...
Really busy on Black Friday, but staff handled it very well. My biscuit was hot and tasty. Thank you Plainfield McDonald's!
If you ever want to pay money to get attitude and your food passed to you with their back turned, speak to the second window at the store. May I take the lady who is in her 60s I see in there often to work where I do? Hard worker, rest of them are just attitude and zero life skills.
They need to step up on getting orders correct at the drive through but food is always satisfactory
Ordered curbside from the app. Food was out in less than 5 minutes. it was hot and fresh and the lady was very nice. Great job!
