Biggby is my new favorite coffee shop! I've been a few times now and everything I've gotten has been absolutely delicious. The frozen drinks are always very flavorful and they never taste like they've been watered down.nnAnd they always offer my dog a treat!
I definitely prefer Bigsby over Starbucks any day. Besides them being not so overly priced, they have a huge variety of options coffee or non-coffee. They say if what you want is not on the menu just ask, they can probably make what you are wanting. Great customer service. You can't go wrong choose Bigsby's!
It was nice. Had a bad day but the drive thru lady was really nice and cheered me up. I'll definitely come back. Sunday afternoon 12-6-20
As a Michigan native, I was so happy to see a Biggby close to home. I have been visiting since opening day and absolutely love their rotating menu of coffee drinks. On cold fall days, their hot apple cider is a complete necessity.nnThe Plainfield location has especially wonderful service, from the staff all the way up to the owner. I appreciate their community involvement as well, including running a continuous food drive for a local food pantry.nnIf you haven't tried them, stop on by. You'll never want to settle for Starbucks again!
Excellent customer service, fantastic coffee!! Cannot rave enough about this location. Staff is always friendly and the store is very clean.
