I have worked with Eric in post divorce litigation. I started working with Eric because I needed an attorney that doesn’t engage in highly litigious behavior like some attorneys in high conflict divorces. I needed an attorney, but wanted one that didn’t bait or cause more expenses for their own ego. We’ve stayed out of court more than I have with past attorney relationships & I appreciate his work on my behalf. Eric is highly respected in Hendricks County for his work ethic and level headed representation. Brook is great and responsive if I need anything. It’s always a relief to have friendly office staff in a high stress situation.
