We have been a tenant at this location for a couple of years now. Prior to PUBLIC STORAGE taking over the property we had no issues at all. Since Public storage acquired the service has definitely changed. Staff is very rude both in phone calls and in person interactions. Prices steadily increase with no apparent explanation other than we review pricing. Since taking over the property, they do not plow for snow or treat for ice on a regular basis. During construction, the roads were covered in mud on a regular basis. Gate was also left open and unattended for long periods of time. Not sure what the point of secured storage is with gate left open. We have decided to leave this location and use a local storage provider, larger unit at a better rate.
Patty did a great job and made the process easy. The facility is clean and secure. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a storage unit.
I just received a unit. The process was easy. I never had the pleasure of meeting Darlene, she was too busy doing her job. The unit was clean and ready. I've used other places before. By far, this is the best one.
Nice, friendly women at the front desk, very helpful. Nice facility.
