Before I was done paying they were already handing me my sandwich!! Jimmy johns has become one of my favorite places to satisfy my sandwich cravings. Always good, always fast. This one in Brownsburg was no exception. The staff was friendly, place was clean, food was fast and delicious.

Unsure if the gm has read the public health order but employees need to be wiping tables down immediately after a customer is finished using it. Just came in for take out and noticed crumbs on every table. Felt extremely uncomfortable waiting for my food

Just had knee surgery and I cannot walk or drive for at least 4 weeks making a delivered sandwich my only option. I previously had jj’s deliver a sandwich to my door but now all of sudden my house is out of range (by 50 yards). I explain to the GM and the owner my situation and they simply would not make an exception to deliver to my house because apparently they are swamped with business at the dead hour of 3:30pm on a Thursday.nnFor those of you reading: Penn Stations address is 331 W Northfield Dr, Brownsburg, IN 46112 and tbh their subs taste much better.nnJimmy Johns will never see another penny from me.

We had a wedding on Saturday and I was suppose to call and order 8 sandwiches on friday so they would be ready by 10:45 a.m. on Saturday for delivery. I completely forgot to place the order. So early morning on Saturday before they opened I called and a member of their staff answered and after explaining what happened he assured the sandwiches would be ready and they were. Such great customer service. And they even put a little card with congrats on your special day and they all signed it. They also gave everyone a cookie. So much appreciatednThank you Jimmy John's of Brownsburg!
