Brownsburg Towing has been the best experience with a tow company that I have ever had!! With everything going on they have kept in contact with me and told me when the picked my van up when they delivere . Absolutely LOVE this company

I would rather push my car up a hill before ever calling Steve Dunbar to tow my vehicle. He was supposed to pick my car up yesterday at 9 in the morning and drop it off at the mechanics. I called the mechanic at 2 in the afternoon and asked for the status of my vehicle. He stated that my car was never dropped off. I called Brownsburg towing and asked what was going on, Steve told me that the mechanic told him he had no room and to come back later. So I called my mechanic back and he told me that Brownsburg towing never showed up and he has not talked to them all day. I called Steve back that’s when it got interesting. He got caught in a lie and then got angry. He then proceeded to use profanity and told me if I did not like what he was doing to find someone else to tow my damn car and hung up on me! Never in my life have I ever had to deal with that level of disrespect from a place of business. So I called Marilyn’s and my car was at the shop within the hour!
Car was picked up within 2 minutes of ETA and was towed as expected on a Saturday. Much appreciated tow! Car broke down and insurance took care of the set up call. Pleasant tow truck driver as well.
Great service! They estimated they would be here at noon. Called us to let us know when they were on their way. Arrived a few minutes early. Glenn was very friendly and courteous.
