Rock Steady Boxing of Brownsburg

Rock Steady Boxing is a fabulous asset to our community. They work with those who are living with Parkinson’s disease. Not only do their clients benefit physically, but also emotionally. It also provides a sense of community for those with Parkinson’s. Everyone is very supportive here. My mother attends. It has been very beneficial for her. The instructors are very patient and kind to all. I highly recommend Rock Steady Boxing!

Rock Steady is THE PLACE to come to battle PD. Strength, balance, voice, endurance, all improve with each session if you’re willing to work. By continuing to come week after week you’ll see results and enjoy the community of this special support group. The staff/coaches are there for you and excellent in their roles.

What would I do without Rock Steady Boxing of Brownsburg? My Parkinson’s would definitely get worse. This place has helped me in so many ways. I hope this place never closes its doors. I would be lost without everyone there. Please give this place a chance. You will be amazed at how this place can change your life!!!

Rocksteady boxing has worked wonders keeping my wife's Parkinson's symptoms at bay. Most people don't know she has Parkinson's now. We live 45 miles from Brownsburg and make the trip three times a week because we see fantastic results. We love the new location and encourage anyone with Parkinson's to check it out.
