Billed me after a year of not using the gym and refused to refund mennUpdate: I talked to Tyler this week. Our account got charged for one of the memberships again. Tyler was very helpful. The refund did come for one of the charges but I wasn't notified it had been. Hopefully we will get both months charges refunded for the second account.

I have been a member at anytime fitness Brownsburg since they opened. Open 24 hrs 365 days a year is great. Very convenient and close to home. The only problem I have is that when things need repaired it takes to long. They do have a new owner and manager which is great but there are some things that need fixed.nThe lights over carpeted area have been out for 2 years. Lights over weight area out since last December. TV’s in weight area out almost two weeks. Middle restroom door needs new door handle so it can be locked. Carpet molding needs fixed. Both cable crossover machines are supposed to have 4 extra plates each. 2 were broken and never replaced.nSome people might think of these things as minor but if something is broken, fix it.nDon’t get me wrong, I like being a member or I wouldn’t have been the last 10 years.

We've been working out here for over 4 years now. Love it! Very convenient and just the right size. It's our home away from home. Met a lot of good people here. Everyone is very encouraging - no judgement! The coaches have been great. Especially Tyler, our current coach. Really knows his stuff and keeps us motivated.
