This is the first time we’ve bought a car in over 5 years. Shawn C made our experience incredibly delightful. He was very calm & willing to work with us. He was not pushy & open with us in regards to our needs. Their finance manager was even better. He wasn’t pushy either & we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend Tom Wood of Toyota in Whitestown for your next car buying needs. You will not be disappointed!

Nice and clean dealership.nI recently moved here from Washington. I have to say there is a big difference is in price and reports and service.nI had my car serviced and expected a printed report on the entire vehicle. I did not receive one. Nothing about tires, brakes, fluid levels, air cleaner or anything in the inspection process. Next I am used to getting a full service which also includes a tire rotation, 7 quarts of oil, fill the windshield washer fluid and a wash. All included for $77.00.nThat is not the case here. Service is basic at $76.00 which did not include a tire rotation. That is an additional $24.99.nI talked to the service writer about the charge and lucky for me he found a $20 coupon that he applied otherwise I would had paid the $76.nI am a bit disappointed in the difference between states. Doesn’t make sense as the cost of living is so much more in Washington.

Very pleased with my experience. Everyone was super friendly and patient, I had to do my process in parts throughout the day between work and then had to bring my 2.5 month old with me at the end of the day. They were able to get me out of a bad deal I was in from a different dealer where I had almost 18% interest, they got me into a 2020 rav 4 with a dramatic drop in interest that took me to single digits! My payment barely went up too! I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking. They definitely did their best and they were super friendly the entire time and explained everything to me so I knew how they got to the deal they were able to offer.

Dropped my car off for routine maintenance and was told it would be an hour and a half wait time and boy were they right on time! My car was serviced properly and the gentleman that helped me was really nice. I’m always happy when I leave Tom Wood Toyota, they really do a great job.

I have never had a better experience with the car buying / leasing process. Everyone we spoke to was kind and patient with us. Wayne W is an amazing person to handle your needs when it comes to car buying options. Hes honest and upfront about everything and has checked in on us continually since the purchase. Plus he's fun and personable so that always helps.
