Very impressed with the facility, the staff, and the service I received. The entire operation was exactly what I expected for this type of business. The major repair to my personal vehicle was done professionally and is what I'd hoped for. Estes Ford mechanic did not disappoint me in any way, the vehicle now runs as good as it did new. From the initial service advisor to the person who retrieved my vehicle for me during pick up and everyone in between played their part exceptionally well. Very nice facility and lay-out as well. This is the kind of business I like to do business with.

I traveled up from Kentucky because they had the exact F150 I wanted at a good price. Chris Dillon was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Never at any point did he mess me around with gimmicks or tricks. A straight shooter with a sense of integrity. I was in a big rush and he was able to get my trade in, do the Loan application, have me check out the car, get title paperwork complete, and have me on my way within about an hour. I’d highly recommend Bill Estes if you’re in the area looking for a Ford and I’d ask for Chris if you want a hassle-free buying experience.

Setting up my appointment with TJ was great! After that though, wasn't so good! I got the call my car was done. Got a ride to get my car. No one was really left but one guy in service. I asked where to get my car. He showed me. Actually took me where to pay! Great guy. After I pay for my service I have to walk to the otherwise of the parking lot to get my car. Ironic that I have disabled veteran plates on my car. But hey we miss stuff some times. Once I get to my car. My drivers seat was sitting in the back seat of the car. I looked down and I had the sound dampening material in my floor board.. I was just there for a transmission service, why do I have the back of my carpet in my floor board? Nothing with my carpet needed to be messed with. Then when I tried to speak to the service manager. This was the second time I was treated poorly and finally said something. First time I bought a used navigator with tons of issues. Took it there expecting some help with fixing it. Was more of a turn around shove out the door. The service advisor even stopped this kid from putting the paper floor mat in my truck. I asked if this was normal? I mean it wasn't the prettiest truck but damn.. I was told ,by the service manager he would get back to me...3 business days and a weekend later, nothing! No wonder I get treated like this when I bring my car or truck in for service. Management can't return a phone call.

Everyone that assisted me on day one was extremely helpful and I felt not pressure. I test drove the truck and my salesman answered all my questions. After I received my offer, I was not pressured to buy and I went home to think about it. The next day, I called with a counteroffer and after a little negotiating, I agreed on a purchase price. When I arrived at the dealer, again, everyone was helpful and polite. When it came to purchasing an extended warranty, I was not pressured in any way to buy this. The way everything was explained to me, I agreed to get an extended warranty and I really feel good about it. I would like to personally thank everyone involved and when it comes time to buy my next vehicle, I will absolutely keep Bill Estes Ford in mind.
