Maybe I'll change my review later, but I'm quite upset. I placed the order Nov 24. The order did not get processed until 26th. It's Dec 5th and all the other packages placed before and after with other companies have already arrived. I called and they said they sent it to USPS. Called USPS and they said they hadn't received it yet. Don't make a tracking number until you send it to USPS. According to shipping its been sitting in Kentucky for 7 days, ready to ship. STOP PLAYING WITH PEOPLE MONEY. This is ridiculous. If it's not here by Wednesday I'm getting a refund. Also their wait times for customer service are RIDICULOUS. On the shortest phone call 11 minutes or the LONGEST 45 mins and they still hadn't picked up.
Ok place to send your cell phone to. But if you want money quicke, one of those machines inside kroger or the mall will do. They will probably give you the same if not a little less. Also you wont have to wait weeks for your money.
I have worked here for a few years and it is the best place I have ever worked for hands down. The people and atmosphere in here are amazing. The management is very helpful with anything from work related stuff to non work related stuff. Plenty of advancement opportunities, and good pay. If you want a good job with good friendly people you will not find a better warehouse around.
My advice is take good pics of your phones before you ship them. Because they will claim they are scratched when they aren’t and not honor their price offered.
