Not responsive, negative energy & approach during first impression
Hi. I'm Mario Armas I want to give my opinion on the Radial company of Louisville Kentucky. I want to express that in this place I worked for only a month and was fired from the job in the credit department, in return of the clients because I did not fulfill the production plan of process 170 pieces for 9 hours of work, but in reality that was what they told me because the real reasons why they fired me was because I am 57 years old and I have diabetes and some heart problems, I assure this taking into account that in my department all the new workers who started together with me are not complying with production because we had only been working for a month and only I was fired, the others changed them to other positions, if they had wanted to help me they would have changed my position, and It is not true what they told me that they did not have a job, because the same day that I was fired, a large number of new workers started that I saw them in the route or Tur that they give to the new ones. I feel discriminated against because of my age and medical conditions. That's what they do at Louisville Kentucky Radial.
I love working for these people because they gave me a good opportunity to have a job to live my life to the fullest.
