Thank you Matt for an excellent tour of the caves! We went on an off-season Friday late morning while visiting Louisville our family loved having the cave to ourselves. Facilities were top notch and were amazed to learn this place was discovered only 10 years ago. Loved everything in the gift shop and wanted to buy the place out ud83dude06. A cave visit was on our vacation to-do list and I’m glad we chose this place instead of the others!

This was a really cool experience that I highly recommend! We were the only ones on the tour which made it really magical. Our guide was incredible and we had a blast. My only hitch was the religious views that were strategically placed in the video and store. I didn't really feel that it fit in this place and left people giving the side-eye to one another.

Great place and super clean! The entire staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We rode the Bat Chaser (I apologize for not getting their names) and for someone who gets very uneasy with heights, the staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my silly questions, those 2 were AMAZING! We also did a tour, our guide Matt did a fantastic job and kept our kids engaged. The boat ride was really cool, I definitely recommend that. Gift shop is full of beautiful rocks and crystals and other fun things, HIGHLY RECOMMED!

I’ve been to several of the cave attractions in the area (Mammoth, Marengo, Mega Caverns, etc.) and Indiana Caverns is a must see. The history is fascinating, the caverns themselves captivating, and Tray was an engaging, experienced, & informative guide. We had two young kids (2 and 4) and they did great, save a little hesitation on the first descent into the cave, and some steeper stairs where the 2yo had to be carried.nnI will add there is NO way to social distance during the tour & masks are required throughout the entirety of the tour. No stars removed because this isn’t really the fault of the business but they SHOULD advertise it plainly (as I just did) before the purchase of tickets. People need to know the details of the experience they are buying.

Matt did an awesome job giving an informative and engaging tour. Five stars for him! Four stars because they forgot to call our tour group, so we waited almost an hour and a half and eventually had to remind the front desk that we existed.nnAlso, social distancing was not possible on the tour. Spacing out tour groups would help protect visitors during the pandemic.
