Great food and service! Employees are always super polite and friendly
Terrible service. I ordered my sandwiches online @ 12:10 to be picked up @ 1:00 pm. I get there at one on the dot, go to counter tell the employee who I am and he looks and the sandwiches haven’t even been made yet. He said it would take a couple of minutes for my order. I went and stood by the pickup window. Then other customers started coming in and ordering and getting there food before I had mine.I went to the pickup window and let him know that I have been standing here waiting for my order that I was supposed to have at 1.they found my ticket but continued helping other customers who showed up after me. I got there at 1 and my order was done at 1:18. Isn’t that why there is online ordering? This place needs to get there stuff together. My online order number is 663971282. Feel free to reach out to me. And what’s up with the tomatoes. 2 little slice of Tomato on a 6’ blt sub?
Are there any adults that work here?!nnI had a pick up order, and when I arrived and asked about my food and was told to wait. Okay. Well I waited over 20 mins for food that was set aside never to be called for me or checked by employees. Then a nice cashier asked if I had gotten my food and checked the back with the staff. A few minutes later I was handed my food and left. Only to later find they Forgot my cookie.. I understand times are stressful but maybe an adult should manage the staff.
I went in today..never been to a Jimmy Johns..all the employees were so nice!! And helpful..i ended up getting #5...it was the cashiers favoriteud83dude01..BEST DANG SANDWHICH I had ever had!!nYou guys rock!!!
