I was in the lobby for 10 minutes. No one paid me any mind. Unfortunately I wasn't able to patronize because I got no customer service. There was no bell to ring. You guys might want to remedy this in order to not lose out on any potential customers. Because I was really hoping to do something nice for my wife.
Toby is an excellent trainer and really cares about her clients. The other members of the gym are encouraging and friendly.
