Wait at least 15 minutes at the pharmacy pickup window once the call comes that it is ready. No one comes to the window and if they do they get mad saying they are busy. This has happened multiple times in the past month.

this place will NOT answer their phone, so don’t bother calling with questions or to ask if an Rx is ready, because you will never get a live human on the line!!
