When I tell you I hate car shopping it is absolutely the worst (thinking that the car salesman is only out to get the sale and not worry about what we are looking for in a vehicle). Not Tom and Susan Osborn and their team from Rocks Auto Exchange. We did everything from Louisville and all we had to do was drive up to pick up our new SUV. They made this transition go so effortlessly and when I tell y’all I am in love with what we got! I will recommend them to anyone and we will be back in the future. Thank you so much for taking care my family and making this by far the easiest purchase!

Dishonest! I bought a Chevy Colorado truck. They assured me everything was in working order. After driving it home I realized a front headlight and fog light was out and the AC did not work. I called the salesman and he apologized and assured me the AC Would get fixed. After weeks of putting me off I finally was able to drop off truck to have repaired. When picking up the lights were fixed but they refused to fix the AC. Said it cost to much.nBTW the salesman was no longer employed with Rocks. I was promised the AC WOULD BE fixed! They lied!nPS. The brakes were shot as well which they verbally promised were in “Great” shape. My belief is they did not inspect the truck before putting on there lot!nnDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROCKS!!!!

Like many, I prefer to do business locally and that, along with a great selection of cars and trucks, is what initially drew me to Rock’s Auto Exchange. In my case, however, I wasn’t in the market for a new vehicle but instead needed an appraisal for my 2016 RAM 2500 which was involved in a serious rear end collision a few days after my move back to Indiana in August. After four months in a body shop, $30K in repairs including a new frame, and a CarFax report noting ‘substantial damage’ I needed help in documenting its diminished value in order to recover the loss from the offending party’s insurance provider. After being greeted at the door I as introduced to Tom Osborn, the owner, who took the time to listen to my story and he agreed to make some phone calls on my behalf. A week or so later I stopped by and was pleased to see Tom not only had gathered the requisite information but was nice enough to state those findings on his letterhead providing me a professional assessment that I could use in my negotiations with the insurance company. After retiring from a career in sales I am very familiar with the adage ‘time is money’ and it would have been easy for Tom to simply state he ‘didn’t know’ and send me on my way. Instead he willingly offered his help and when I offered to compensate him for his time, he chose the ‘good karma’ route and refused. To me nothing demonstrates the integrity of an establishment better than their willingness to help someone when there’s no immediate gain and I will forever be grateful to them. Was actually there installing 2 garage door openers but the services I witnessed really impressed me and all of the cars I saw would put a smile on the face of the lucky person behind the wheel.
