This store consistently is out of products, no syrup, out of cups, no alternative milks . Due to previous stated issues I stopped visiting here to travel farther to an actual store. This morning I was in a hurry and ran in to get a cup of joe before a soccer game and they didn’t fail me, their espresso machine is down. This location is poorly ran. Do I even mention about the wait times???
SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!!!!!! Waited over 10 minutes for my order after I already paid. There were 2 people working and about 8 in line. Instead of both of the employees working together, only one was taking orders and the other was taking out the trash and restocking.
Went to the Starbucks. Both of our drinks were not made correctly. Ladies were nice, drinks were terrible.
I loved it because they were so fun the guy behind the counter added to much whipped cream(which I'm not complaining) but when he did this everyone stared laughing. This was the best time I have ever had going to get a drink and starbucks is very delicious thank you all for creating these very amazing drinks I come here every chance I get to.
Gotta love the customer service who can recommend something that I will like. Being a picky customer who never can decide on my own I always go in and tell them what kinds of thinks I like to drink. They always are helpful and give me a smile and a little giggle at my confusion.
