I had looked at several storage places in Greenfield, and most just have gravel and pot-hole aisles, very muddy on a rainy day to move. This place was clean, paved aisles, and an actual office with someone there to help us! That was also a plus, as the other places we went to had no office or nobody ready to help us get a unit right away. I have used storage before and like the idea of someone being there if I have questions, especially while I am moving. The lights at night were bright and I felt pretty safe, and they give you 24 hour access, I didn't even realize that and is awesome cause it took us a couple nights after work to get all our stuff in. I was impressed.
Awesome facility, specially their staff.
Rented a unit on a Sunday using their kiosk. The gate code I was given didn't work. No way to get a hold of anyone until Monday. Called number listed and had to leave a voice mail. I'm sitting here with a truck load of stuff and can't get in! VERY FRUSTRATING!

Their prices on storage lockers were affordable for someone on a lower income. They do require a special lock that they sell and can be obtained from the desk there or from the easy to use kiosk set up in the front. At first I was a little hesitant because it did look a little run down, but the lockers themselves are top notch and the front end vibe disappears once you're on the other side of the gate. Would give five stars if not for needing their own special lock which is basically just the inner workings of a lock without the outside bulk. It works nicely, just an inconvenience.
