Jessica L. Wingler did a great job at helping litigate my child custody matter. She made every effort to find a settlement that would be in the best interest of our child, and in the end we did go to trial - prevailing. The person who has left a single star review isn't even capable of spelling correctly. Unfortunately, not all people are the easiest to represent and sometimes as an attorney she has to figure out if she is there to do damage control because a pro se has already made a mess of things instead of getting representation first - that gets expensive. But also, modest means or not, a $2000 retainer for a divorce is actually very reasonable in this area. And she is also the only attorney locally and in the next three counties who even accepts modest means. That is sad that this guy, who wasn't even ever represented by Ms. Wingler has to put his two cents in, attempting to defame one of the county's most wonderful, thoughtful, and amazing attorneys, who is capable, willing, and able to fight against any other attorney in this county. That guy doesn't know what he is talking about.

My wife currently went through Wingler, she put a down payment of $2,000 witch I thought was a spender due to the fact she was going through modest means low income. We had a horrible experience with Jessica wingler she started miss using her legal powers by using up our money by filling unknownly court papers she said cost anywhere up to 300 to 500, when confronting Ms. Jessica wingler her response was she made a mistake by filling the wrong papers but still didn’t correct it, she also didn’t reimbursed us for her mistake. She had made two errors like that, also Jessica wingler was not a strong person when it came to discussing my case to the other party, she didn’t fight for us, she basically wanted to take the easy way out and settle right away any possible way for her to get my case out of her way. I was shocked to say after the case she had sucked up all our money in here phone calls and her meeting witch was only total of 3 appointments and ten calls and a nearly a 1,000 in cash to filling wrong papers through the court. Please be advised to not make the same mistakes as we did..
