This is my first time joining a gym and I have been really impressed with the equipment they have and the cleanliness of everything. I had trouble the first few times checking in (the app kept locking up)but I got a new phone and no more problems. Really nice place to go exercise.
The employees have always been friendly, helpful and nice! The equipment is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend anyone join planet fitness.
The staff is super chill and everyone is super nice. All of their equipment is also in great condition.
The facility is clean and mostly the staff of friendly. My issue is on multiple occasions there was no hot water for showers and they do not open at the listed time. Due to my work schedule I have to work out first thing in the morning and on multiple different occasions the doors did not open as advertised. It is currently 0540 and there is still no employees on site to open up the gym. I’m beginning to think the cheep price of membership is not worth my wasted time or lack of professionalism I have witnessed multiple times at this location.
I was told with the black card membership drinks are 50% off. I bring two drinks up to the counter and they say neither of the two drinks I got the membership for were half off (bang and protein shake).
