Awful Communication!! For the last 6 months they haven’t had my medicine “in stock”, which is understandable kinda, I mean your a pharmacy I would think you wouldn’t run out of something that people need. And yesterday I called in a refill they said it will be ready at 3 I get there at 3:30, not ready she said “we will put it through now, are you going to wait?” I said YES I’ll wait and I waited in that store for an hour and nobody said anything to me about not having my medicine in stock. I finally just left. I call this morning and then they tell that don’t have it!! They should have told me up front first thing when I called the refill in. Just awful!

Got a ups package delivered to their location because they work 24 hours... I go there to get it the cashier tells me I cannot give you your package because my manager is not here... seriously Who does that!! If you employes cant do nothing what is the point ur telling lies that you work 24/7...

This CVS pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I moved to Greenfield from Shelbyville and never had one bad experience with the CVS in Shelbyville. I've been to the pharmacy in Greenfield four times and every time have left not pleased. I'm moving across the street to Walgreens.

I was just on hold for 10 minutes because I need to speak with the pharmacy! My prescriptions were mailed to the wrong address. They've had my new address for over a year! They never answer the phone in the pharmacy.

I've never once encountered a problem with this CVS. The Pharmacist is always available to answer any questions and the techs are very nice.
