Arrive at this location and the “store manager” back in pharmacy was absolutely the rudest person I’ve met till this day. Did not tell me they do not accept my insurance for 4 prescriptions. So I did buy two I really needed. My daughters wasn’t ready after I dropped off the script at 2! As I’m at the drop off window I hear the Pharmacist store manager raising his voice to a customer who is having a hard time saying his birthday. I am so disgusted in this guys behavior!! It makes me sick a person in this field has no customer service. He needs checked!!! I feel so bad for that gentlemen named jerry trying his hardest to provide his information. Overwhelmed or stressed he’s a mentally challenged person with feelings. I will never come back to this location the staff is like a McDonald’s crew with there demeanor. SAD! There’s more to story but this what grinds my gears

This location is ok but for a CVS it could be better. Could be cleaner and better stocked.

Their pharmacy is horrible the techs they have working there do NOT know how to speak to people at all! I went through their drive thru one day and was told I had to pay all this money out of pocket when I have insurance that specializes in a $0 copay for all prescriptions and yet I still had to pay because of course I needed my meds. I thought about it over the weekend and decided to call my insurance to see why my meds were not covered by them, they called the pharmacy and they were advised that they billed my primary insurance and that they never attempted to bill them because they had that I have two insurances! Not sure where they got that I had two insurances from but they eventually removed this other insurance and billed the correct one and they were able to issue a refund for the amount I previously paid but the simple fact remained if I would've NEVER called my insurance company I guess I would've never knew because of course the rude tech at the window had no ACTUAL care to check to see why the meds weren't covered. I will be switching my pharmacy yet again CVS has really fallen off in the recent years!

I called to speak to a tech in thr pharmacy and after we spoke she said she would call me back about a medication. So i waited and called back and they were closed she could of said that they were closing soon.
