Everytime I pump gas there is no paper have to go in to get receipts. Finally asked and the lady shook her head side to side as an explanation of if they ever have paper. How nice.
It's a Speedway so get over yourself if you expect 5 star service. Can be super busy during the morning and evening after work. So don'e be surprised to see a line inside when entering. Bathrooms really could use a scrub with some bleach and a brush.
Half pumps down. Others you to go inside to activate.nWorthless anymore.
Customer service is horrific. As a frequent customer, I feel like I am annoying the cashiers when I fill my tank, buy coffee and cigarettes twice a week. This past Sunday I decided never to spend my money in this store ever again. The short brunette (sorry, she didn’t have a name badge) was in the back of the store when I entered talking to another employee and I waited several minutes before she acknowledged me. When she finally came up to the register, she made me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. I left. Didn’t buy cigarettes, drinks or fill my tank. I will go a few miles out of my way where I get a smile and thanks.
I will only stop at this station out of convenience, but almost every time I do I leave so mad and embarrassed by a tall scrawny blonde. I have never in my life seen a more disrespectful, nasty employee in my life and she has worked there for several years. I just don't get it. She talks to her customers like dogs. And if she has to interrupt her conversation with other employees to wait on you, then her customer service skills vanish completely. I would rather drive further away to a different gas station than to put up with her nastiness!
