Purchased new vehicle got it home and the oil had not been changed but someone reset the indicator and put a sticker on the windshield. Detail was horrible a 5 yr old could've done a better job. Last time I do business with carvana

They should be more organized . I got there to grab a car and other they got there after me left right the way. I was waiting for my car for 1 hour.

Good luck trying to deliver vehicles here. I’ve been here 2 hours and everyone I talk to says “someone with be with you in a couple minutes” or “it’s not my department.” Ridiculous! Tried calling their office and it just leads straight to a voicemail. I will let the dealerships I work with regularly know about this inconvenience.
