I Love this U-Store-It place. They have a great variety of different size units and they are all priced reasonable. The units are not flush with the ground so there is no chance of water getting into the units when it rains. The security is very good here also. If you do not have a unit with a pass code then you are not getting into the storage areas. There are also cameras everywhere plus alarms. The people who operate the units are fantastic people. They always have a great attitude and are willing to help. I would highly recommended this warehouse to anyone.
We lost several pieces of furniture including antique table to water damage . A mattress against the back wall was wet on the TOP. Many things molded. Clothing, toys, furniture. When questioned, the owner denied any responsibility claiming his new roof could not have been leaking and that it must have been condensation and water blowing in from the door. The only outside wall is the door. How do things at the back get wet from blowing rain? We have a picture of a wet and moldy beam at the top of the unit. If I could give a negative star I would. Only thing on the plus side was each time I was in to pay bill, Lisa was very friendly. Moving stuff as soon as possible.
