Who splices a wire leaves it exposed to the oregon weather and calls it good for a mother with little kids?

Wanted to say how great it is to work with an IBEW contractor! They were responsive and quick with an estimate. There was no change in the original date of service promised. Inspection approval on the work was quick and painless. Of course they cost more than other shops in the area, but I think I got more than what we paid for when you consider the lack of problems and headaches. I would have given them a 5 star, but the perfectionist in me prevented that!
Did less than an hour work charged me for 41/2 hrs. labor which is BS never use them again
