We test drove a 03 bmw, air wasn't working, window wouldn't roll up, went ahead and put a grand down for the car, with the understanding the window and AC would both be fixed. We went 2 1/2 weeks later to finally pick up car. Drove home, AC wasn't blowing cold, called next morning due to them closing after we picked car up, was told they would try to get it in to get it fixed. 3 weeks later still not able to get it fixed, then 2 days later reverse goes out of car. We trailer it to car lot, explain what's going on, car sits on lot for a month, called 4 different times, ran down there once, was told they didn't know anything different yet, that the owner is hard to get ahold of. Called today to find out where we stood with car as far as getting it fixed, a different car ect... was informed the owner came in last week, filled out papers to reposses the car... so bottom line, paid a grand, took car home, drove it maybe 150 miles, took car back to lot to have mechanic look at, and instead of fixing car, they made a quick grand and repossessed it... nice way to do business... please, stay as far away from this place as you can!....

The owner lies to her customers, then keeps people's private property that's left in the car for herself. Avoids phone calls and hides the vehicles. Not a person to deal with..

Not a place to get a car she say she will help u out then the the car and not let u have anything out of it and then she wont anwser you she will avoid you not a way to run a car lot and she wants to much down for anything she has dont let her do that to you
