We just want to say, you had exceptional employees that were working the Batesville location on the evening of 10/30/20. It was clear that they were overwhelmed with orders compared to the hands on deck to make them. The gentleman solely making the pizza’s when we arrived to pick ours up, stayed calm and kept knocking out the orders. It clearly had to be a stressful situation with some customers frustrated they had to wait for their order even though the employee was moving as fast as he possibly could. We just want to throw out a huge THANK YOU to him.
Get LaRosa's instead!! This is the worst Pizza Hut in existence. Management does not have a CLUE. How do you throw a hissy fit in front of customers and then close 3-4 hours early when you have outstanding orders that have been PAID for... You just lock the doors - no signage posted, no phone calls to notify that orders were cancelled... and NO REFUNDS? Are you kidding me? It's been nearly 2 weeks and I am still waiting for my money back...

Ordered a large 3 topping pizza. Only half of my pizza has one of the toppings. Sauce spattered all over thecrust. It is without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever been served. Will not return to the pizza hut
