Went to get my wedding dress altered and my mom asked if I could wash my hands since I just got off of work, Lisa threw her hands up smacked them on the table and said you guys need to come back I don’t have time for this! I would’ve left them but she was my only option in my 2 week time frame. She’s RUDE! I WILL NEVER FO BACK!

Great place to rent a tux

I wouldn't even rent from this place very rude with cheap tux. A button fell off along with the coat sleeve being sewn the wrong way. A lot of the tuxes were this way!

Never using her again!!!! Absolutely horrible experience!!! Took a prom dress in and my daughter tried it on she marked it etc and she said it would take about two weeks( plenty of time before prom)....it was a month before actually done... (And charged $25 more than had agreeed on )making it 3 days before prom ...unfortunately the dress was not altered correctly...one strap pinched her arm badly..she had shortened 1 strap too much...then the length was uneven on bottom of the dress(by a lot!) where it was supposed to be shortened...worst part was 2 inches shorter than asked for...in front hits akward shorter lengthud83dude2b when asked if she could fix arms or length ...at least the arms since it pinches...she said no maybe she will just get used to it.her arm was probably bigger than other...odd you could see she altered 1 side more..and when asked about length..at least make it even (because we knew she could not bring back length) she said no it would take her an hour or more was very nasty in explanation!nWhen we told her we wished we would of had it back in time so it would of left us with options.... she was standing close to me and screamed at me well she had 20 prom dresses to alter...the whole conversation after that she was extremely rude and hostile. Now not sure if we will try to find someone to somewhat fix her senior prom dress.( At least make it wearable) this one she loved most of all of her dresses and cost Alot! more than the others or try to find a last min dress or rewear a dress to from her last prom..nJust posting this so others know it was a very bad experience#!!#! Hope to save time and money and flusteration..go somewhere else!
