The southern end of the Scenic Drive trail trail starts at the parking lot at the end of the only remaining portion of the road open to automobiles accessible from 101. The trail is a closed paved road leading mostly downhill from here to the Gar Hill Ramp area. The road is no longer smooth for road bikes or roller blades since there are lots of cracks, bumps, and debris. There is not much scenery as the lake is not visible from the road, but you will find some wildflowers along the way. This trail can be combined with trail 7, the Woodland Trail to make an 8-9 mile loop from the parking lot.
A moderate paved trail of 3.5 miles in length that connects near Garr Hill Boat Ramp parking lot.
This trail is a real nice paved trail to walk or ride on but if you decide to ride road bike are out it is very ruff it more of a cyclocross and mountain bike trail now. The maintenance on the trail very minimal it has down trees on and large limbs on the trail but it is very beautiful full of wildflowers and wildlife.
