Great people. Diana was awesome to deal with. We needed help in regards to information on a Harris pontoon boat. There was no profit in it for them and we didn't even buy it there. Diana still treated us like family. We would recommend them to anyone and we will definitely use then in the future.
Spent a lot of time at the Cincinnati Boat Show trying to decide on best pontoon for my family. Jeff and Richard were great to work with, answered lots and lots of questions. We made the decision to buy from Parkside based upon the quality of the boat and also our confidence in the dealer. Would highly recommend this family owned business.
Great people! They made buying a boat easy. I have bought more boats than I care to admit and this was by far the easiest purchase. They really know their products. If I ever buy another one I am driving back here from Knoxville TN to get it here.nnI had a self-induced problem with my batteries, they walked me through a fix over the phone that not only saved me money but allowed me to get back on the water and try to catch some fish! AWESOME customer service!!!!!!!!!
Check your bait before buying. Bought worms there and when I opened them at the lake they were dead and rotted. I will get bait else where. Last time I drove by their gas pumps were still not working. That was at the beginning of july.
