The employee in the shoe department was friendly and helpful. He brought out several sizes, and suggested others that might work for me. The shoes run small, so it took a few tries to find the best fit.

This lady rachel was a big help and great customer service. Definitely a good place to check out.

I went to Big 5 to get an ankle strap so I could do leg extensions on my cable machine at home. An employee showed me the spot where they were supposed to be and they were out he said. I wasn't happy about it but I looked around anyway and finally I found exactly what I wanted the store employee just didn't know where it was. So if you go there and they say they're out of it you might want to just check around for a minute to see if they just don't know where it's located in the store, LOL.
